How we do it
Everything we do starts with people. Our work turns AI from something abstract and intimidating into something you can see, touch, and use in community halls, local studios, libraries, schools, and creative spaces across West London.
This is how we bring Access, Voice, and Opportunity to life.
AI starter kits
Our Free AI Starter Kit helps anyone take their first steps into AI. It’s part of our national campaign, #OwnYourAI, which aims to make digital learning open, inclusive, and human.
This campaign sits at the heart of our Access pillar: bringing AI literacy to people who’ve been left out of the conversation.
This campaign sits at the heart of our Access pillar: bringing AI literacy to people who’ve been left out of the conversation and helping every household in the UK feel equipped to engage with technology on their own terms.
Access begins here.
AI Clinics
Our AI Clinics are free, drop-in lunchtimes sessions twice a week. A welcoming space where residents can ask questions, get one-to-one guidance, and build confidence with everyday AI tools.
They’re open to everyone, from people taking their very first steps to those exploring how AI might help in work, study, or creative projects.
The Clinics do more than teach, they listen. Every conversation helps us understand what people want to learn, and the insights gathered here shape everything we do. Each programme, workshop, and residency begins with what we learn directly from the community in these sessions.
Hands-on, human, and local.
AI jams
Where music, art, and data collide.
AI Jam Nights turn learning into expression. Musicians, visual artists, technologists, and residents come together to explore AI through sound, movement, and story.
They’re part learning, part performance and a central part of our Voice pillar, showing how technology can serve culture, not replace it.
Workshops
Our workshops are where confidence turns into capability. They grow directly out of what people ask for at the AI Clinics.
For some, that means understanding how AI can help with everyday tasks or learning something completely new in plain language. For others, it’s about exploring how these tools can support a small business, write a book, plan lessons, or bring a creative idea to life.
Every workshop follows our Learn, Create, Showcase approach. People learn practical skills, create something tangible, and then share what they’ve made as part of our public showcases.
Learning that grows from real questions
Showcases
Turning learning into visibility.
Every few months, we turn our collective work into public exhibitions.
These showcases connect all three pillars: Access, Voice and Opportunity, celebrating skill, confidence, and collaboration.
