AI funding toolkits for non-profits

Find the right funds, check eligibility early, write stronger applications and build clearer budgets with practical AI assistants built around your organisation.

For bid writers, charities, CICs, community groups, BIDs, social enterprises and start-up non-profits.

Four assistants. One funding workflow.

  • Funding Scout

Searches for relevant grants, sponsorships and partnership routes, then gives you the funder, deadline, amount, eligibility notes, project fit, risks and next action.

  • Eligibility Assessor

Checks whether your organisation can apply, whether a partner or council needs to lead, what documents are required, and whether the fund is worth your time.

  • Application Writer

Turns your project details, evidence, outcomes and budget notes into clear answers aligned to the funder’s questions and criteria.

  • Forecasting Assistant

Builds a clearer financial plan across costs, delivery phases, cashflow, match funding, reporting needs, contingency and value for money.

Important

An active ChatGPT Plus subscription is required for this lab, as we will use the personalised assistant features available within ChatGPT Plus. No coding skills are needed. Your assistant will be built around your organisation, your goals, and your way of working, which means everyone leaves with something genuinely their own.

What you need to use the toolkit

You will need a ChatGPT Plus subscription to create and use the AI assistants.

This applies whether you build the assistants yourself using the guides, join a workshop, or ask Human-Driven AI CIC to build the toolkit for you.

You will also need:
- Your organisation details
- A project or funding goal
- Any useful documents, such as project notes, budget outlines, funding criteria, previous applications or strategy documents

ChatGPT Plus is a separate subscription paid directly to OpenAI. It is not included in the toolkit price.
